Let in only verified users into admin panel with 2FA. Price is the most common factor of the final choice for the customer. With this extension, you get the best out of two options: you offer your customers a possibility to get a discount they want and keep up with the pricing of your competitors. You can grab price suggestions from people who are genuinely interested in purchasing your product and motivate them to buy it with a custom discount.
Make an Offer is a perfect tool to improve customer experience and get creative with your promo. If you have seasonal leftovers, there is no need to desperately try to clean your inventory, this extension can offer a simple solution. With Make an Offer, the search for the best piece for your customers ends in your store. The extension works with different types of products, and allows to send offers for any product quantities and attributes.
Make an Offer button on the product page is hard to miss and easy to use. You can assign the button to all products, or leave price suggestion on specific products, for promotional or any other purpose.
There comes a time for every online store when there are some items left from the seasonal sales, or from the last season collections. You are restocking with new products, the old ones get forgotten somewhere on the back of the store. With the right tool, you can fix it. Make an Offer extension can add an opportunity both for you and your customers to cooperate on getting rid of leftovers. All you need to do is to offer them to fill in a short form to ask you for a special price.
Make an Offer is very flexible: you don’t have to accept every offer and if you accept, you don’t have to agree with the terms offered by the customer. If the asked discount seems disputable to you, you can offer your own smaller (or bigger) one for every offer.
If there is more than one admin responsible for managing offers, you can send the notifications directly to them. The settings are located at Stores > Configuration > NEKLO > Email Notification Settings tab. As an admin, you can get notified every time there is a new offer request. You can include other admin users into the mailing list and delete them anytime.
After you say yes, they get a coupon for the mentioned discount. There are settings that allow you to control the way the coupon is generated at Stores > Configuration > NEKLO > Coupon Configuration tab. You can choose the parameters, such as coupon lifetime and discount size, and a unique coupon will be created. After you accept the offer, the customer receives the email with the discount you have approved, and further purchase is up to them. Coupons are valid only for a limited period, that encourages customers not to put off the purchase.
What extension does to your storefront is adds a single button with “Make an Offer” text on every product page which leads to a form. In the form, there are four fields that include customer email, suggested price and quantity. As an option, your customers can share a link to the store or website where they saw the same product but for a lower price. This way, you can learn what your competitors sell and what is their pricing policy.
It is fixed, and you can manage its display mode at Stores > Configuration > NEKLO > Frontend Settings. You can customize:
PopUp or Block form, which depends on what you think is more convenient for your consumers;
Button Label, where you cancustomize what the button says to the customer.
Short Description, in which you can tell the customers how the button works.
The title for the popup window if your display mode is set on popup display mode.
You can compose a custom success message for your customers to see on the storefront when their offer.
The extension keeps track of all of your offers, making sure you won’t leave any of them unattended. You can adjust the notifications both for your customers and store admins to make bargain processes smoother. All the information about offers submitted and discount coupons are sent exclusively via email. You can customize every template that is associated with the Make an Offer extension.
Enable notifications for customers to let them know their offer reached you and you are considering it. At first, the customers are notified when the offer is created. Then after you make a decision, they get a fresh notification with your acceptance or rejection.
Once an offer is created, it makes its way to the Offer and Offer Statistics grid, where you can analyze the offers to improve your price policy, and response to them accordingly: you can accept and decline offers, providing your customers with reasons for your decision and rewarding them with discounts for the goods mentioned in the offer.
Important note: if you want to add some new templates, you can head over to Marketing > Communications > Email Templates. This is standard Magento functionality, not associated with Make an Offer extension.
To view all of the existing orders at the moment, go to Marketing > Make an Offer > Offers. There you can view and handle your offers, and respond to your customers.
Besides information on the offer, you get more than that: a customizable discount number and an optional opportunity to add a reason for the accept or decline actions. If the offer you have got is a questionable one, you can still consider it by accepting it and giving a smaller discount than the one that was requested. You can leave a note to the customer about the reasons for the rejection or a different discount.
This is the Grid where all the statistics concerning all offers you have ever accepted or declined, sorted by the products. You can see there how big the overall discount for every product is.
If you want Make an Offer functionality to work only at the specific section of the store, you can e nable it for any category at Catalog > Categories, in the Make an Offer tab.
Important note: if you want the extension to be enabled for a few categories only, make sure to enable it first in the General settings. Then the extension will be enabled for the whole store and every product. To disable it for any category, head to Category settings. Same goes for specific products: in the settings for each product you can specify if you want Make an Offer enabled, disabled or inherit the setting from the Category settings.
To install Make an Offer extension for Magento 2, you need to have FTP/SSH access details. Unpack a zip file you have downloaded.
